There is something magical about blowing bubbles. The way they float effortlessly, catching the light in swirling colors, fills the air with pure, unfiltered joy. Children instinctively know this. They blow, chase and pop bubbles with laughter, never worrying about how long they last. They simply enjoy the moment.

THE LESSON IN THE BUBBLES

As adults, we often lose this ability to embrace joy so freely. We fear failure, hesitate to take risks, and feel the weight of every popped dream. But bubbles remind us of something beautiful: not everything is meant to last forever, and that is okay. The joy is in the creating, in the trying, in the willingness to breathe life into something new, no matter how long it lasts.

In life coaching, we talk about embracing the process rather than fixating on the outcome. Just like bubbles, some opportunities float high and carry us to amazing places. Others pop before they even take off. But when we let go of the fear of failure and instead embrace the joy of trying, life becomes lighter.

FAITH, JOY AND LETTING GO

Even in our faith, we are called to have childlike trust. Matthew 18:3 reminds us: ” Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” A child does not worry about whether the next bubble will pop. They simply delight in the moment.

What if we approached life the same way? What if we trusted God with our dreams, letting go of the pressure to control everything and simply enjoying the journey?

YOUR INVITATION TO PLAY

I invite you to embrace the bubble mindset. Find joy in small moments. Try something new without fear of failure. Laugh at life’s unpredictability. And most of all, trust that even if some dreams do not last, the joy of creating them was never waisted.

Now, go blow some bubbles. You might just find a little bit of heaven in the process.
